Responsibilities

• Perform interviews and walkthroughs with SMEs and process owners
• Write narratives and workflows/process flows
• Develop risk control matrices
• Perform control design gap analyses
• Write test plans/scripts
• Perform testing of operating effectiveness of controls
• Remediate deficiencies
  • Write policies and procedures
  • Design and document processes (change control, access control, SDLC, BCP/DR, etc)
• Interface with external auditors

Skills & Traits

Senior Security Consultant

Responsibilities

• Run vulnerability assessment / scanning tools remotely and on client premises
• Manually validate scanning results
• Compile findings into formal written reports
• Interview IT/Security managers to identify security controls in place
• Provide gap analysis with respect to security best practices (such as ISO17799)
• Compile findings into formal written reports

Qualities

• Experience using vulnerability scanning engines
• Experience writing security assessment reports
• Experience assessing security policies and procedures
• SOX experience a plus
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with nessus and nmap. Experience with Metasploit and other scanning tools a plus
• Strong writing skills
• Wireless security assessment and Kismet experience a plus
• Code review experience a plus

Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assess technical infrastructure and develop recommendations for improvement based on business needs
• Implement and integrate technical solutions

Skills & Traits

• Exceptional customer facing skills
• Strong technical ability with deep knowledge of major IT vendor solutions at network, OS, and application levels (Cisco, Nortel, Juniper, Symantec, Checkpoint, Network Appliance, etc)
• VOIP expertise

Responsibilities
